A Milton professional services firm wanted a cleaner, more current look for clients visiting the office — without closing during the work week.

Problems we solved

Daily foot traffic had marred corridor walls, the reception accent color felt dated, and staff could not afford downtime during business hours. Low odor and overnight cleanup were requirements.

We repainted the suite on an after-hours schedule over five nights. Staff returned each morning to progressive improvements, and the finished space aligned with their updated branding.

Commercial painting projects succeed when the schedule respects business operations. This Milton office refresh was scoped for evening and weekend work so client appointments and staff workflows continued uninterrupted.

We divided the suite into zones — reception, conference rooms, private offices, and corridors — and completed prep and coating in sequence. ProMar 200 Zero VOC products reduced odor concerns for staff returning the next morning.

The reception received a Naval accent wall behind the greeting desk while primary walls stayed Extra White for a bright, professional feel. Corridors used Gray Screen on wainscot-height areas where chairs and equipment had caused repeated scuffing.

Doors and frames were enamel-coated for durability in high-touch areas. Each night ended with floor protection removed, equipment reset, and pathways clear for the opening shift.
